A good leader is able to use the skills learned in roles in a wide spectrum from community outreach, to corporate roles and use it to benefit you as a member of Lambda Theta Alpha. Potential Candidates are asked to complete 8 hours of community service that will allow them to take leadership/ownership of projects whose purpose is to directly address human needs.
